Sean has worked in the fitness industry as a movement and performance specialist for the last seven years at Bally Total Fitness, 24hr Fitness and Equinox. He has helped a wide variety of clients with goals ranging from weight loss to total body transformation, to those wanting to improve athletic development, reduce pain, rehabilitate injuries, or who simply want to move more proficiently. Sean received his bachelor’s degree in Physical Education. He holds several national certifications and is a master instructor at Ultimate Sandbag DVRT system. Also he is currently serving as a presenter and consultant on the Safety Committee for the LAPD Training Division, working directly with officers and new recruits to educate them regarding physical fitness, injury prevention, and efficiency of movement on the job. Sean is an owner of Culture of Fitness and an ethical, committed, and passionate individual who seeks to make a positive and lasting impact not only in the fitness industry, but also in the lives of his clients.  He regularly volunteers his time to mentor other trainers and enjoys teaching athletes how to understand their bodies and refine their skills.  Helping people with his knowledge and talents is what he has always wanted to do.
