I have been involved fitness and martial arts my whole life and was fortunate to compete at international level. As an adult I struggled with Chron`s Disease and overcame personal obstacles which helped me realize the importance of exercise and – especially – healthy eating. Having not always been in the best shape myself, I understand the hurdles that stand in the way. With hard work and proper guidance in the gym all obstacles can be overcome. Training your body also trains your mind, giving you physical and mental toughness which will help you in all aspects of life.
I have been using the DVRT system for 6 years in my own training and I feel fortunate to be able to teach other people to move and perform better in every areas of their lives using this revolutionary training system.
My goal is to become a DVRT Master Instructor to teach other fitness professionals because I truly believe that the DVRT system is a game changer.
