Ridge is a trainer and illustrator based in Seattle. He’s certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (Personal Trainer, Women’s Fitness Specialist), Functional Movement Systems (FMS Lvl 2), StrongFirst and Strength Matters (Kettlebell Instructor, Lvl 1), and has additional education through TRX (Suspension and Functional Training), Yoga Tune Up (Therapy Ball Practitioner), Rocktape (FMT Basic and Performance Taping, FMT Blades) and now DVRT Level I Certified Instructor in the Seattle area ( Dynamic Variable Resistance Training ).
