I’m John Rhodes and I work as a personal trainer at Southwest YMCA, as well as in Corporate Fitness. I recieved my Bachelors in Kinesiology from San Jose State University.
I specialize in working with youth clients showing them the foundational basics to strength training, people who want to get stronger as well as working with people who want to focus on weight loss.
I enjoy intergrating the DVRT System with all my clients. Seeing them move better is my primary goal.
I am certified through NASM. I also hold level 1 certifications in FMS and Pn 1.
