Starting as a Varsity athlete and captain of Stanford’s Track and Field team Kyle has stimulated his passion for health through fitness. A lifelong commitment to excellence in sport continues to foster his knowledge in body mechanics and steer his desire to help others gain mobility, strength and functional power. DVRT provides the perfect combination of strength in functional movement and is a golden accessory to Kyle’s personal training. He was born in the San Francisco Bay Area where he continues to teach integrated movement with Ultimate Sandbags at Hammerquist Fitness.
