After serving 13 years as an operational Fire Fighter I turned my love of functional fitness into my next career. I have been involved in fitness training in one form or another for many years. When it comes to fitness I like to keep things varied, interesting and more importantly, fun! I believe in practicing what I preach. I’m constantly looking for the best training tools on the market for my clients but they have to be backed up with sound education and principles. I love working with people and helping them with various aspects of their fitness and health. Such as:

I’m a master trainer with TRX, Trigger Point Therapy, Let’s Bands and have studied with EXOS, FMS, UKS&C, Functional Range Conditioning as well as being a qualified swimming instructor, rugby union coach and 3rd Dan Black Belt in Karate.
