Michele Decerio holds a Bachelor of Science from Penn State. After a successful career in Finance and Marketing, she set aside a management position and finishing an MBA to raise three children. A 20+ year fitness pro, she earned the title Master Instructor of Dynamic Variable Resistance Training in 2013, educating other fitness professionals and enthusiasts on how to move better and more efficiently in order to prevent injury and excel in their sport or weight loss. In 2014, she rebranded her business as MFitness for Life, opening a training studio in the Philadelphia suburbs. She believes that you should train to enhance and improve your life or sport and meets her clients where they are on their fitness journey, providing a fun safe, effective and motivating community. She is Level II Functional Movement Screen and Level I Titleist Performance Institute Golf Fitness Instructor.
