Elizabeth Andrews-Master Instructor
Elizabeth Andrews has been in the fitness world for 27 years. During that time she has worn many hats, including; voted Chattanooga’s Most Fit Mom, placed 4th and 3rd in the National Step Aerobic Competition, prized as Atlanta’s top spin instructor, been a fitness model, fitness expert for regional CBS, NBC affiliates, hosted and put on a city-wide, City for Hope workout. Elizabeth has had the best time training Seattle Seahawks players and their wives, body building competitors, MMA fighters to weekend warriors. She has run fitness departments, group ex departments, taught at several colleges, as well as performing on stage, film and in Improv troupes. This vast experience helps her now deliver quality educational courses for DVRT-Ultimate Sandbags, TRX and write blog posts for the international fitness company, ACE. Elizabeth’s approach to fitness focuses on stressing quality movement, challenging the mind and breaking down obstacles, with some humor sprinkled in. When she isn;t traveling for the companies she represents, she stays busy teaches classes locally, in Seattle, including step and brings to Seattle, at Elite Performance Center, the top educators in movement and performance. When Elizabeth isn’t training, coaching, or teaching she volunteers at one of Seattle’s many homeless organizations, Operation Sack Lunch, serves on the King County Alcohol and Substance Abuse Advisory Board, enjoys hanging out with her three boys and husband of 24 years and loves hiking and exploring the stunning outdoors, in the PNW as well as taking many trips to her favorite dog park, with her English Staffy, Petey and her Pit-Boxer mix, Starla.
